What are DTF shirts?
DTF transfers, or Direct-to-Film transfers, are a printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto apparel. This process allows for vibrant, detailed, and durable prints that can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics.
How long does a DTF print last on a shirt?
With proper care and high-quality materials, DTF prints can last for 50 or more washes without significant degradation in quality. This translates to several years of regular use for items like custom t-shirts, hoodies, and bags.
What is the best shirt for DTF printing?

Is Gildan 5000 the same as Gildan Heavy Cotton?
The Gildan 5000 and Gildan G500 are the same identical shirt. This shirt is often referenced as either the 5000 or G500, but there are no differences aside from the numbers. The Gildan 5000 is the Heavy Cotton™ T-shirt. Gildan uses 100% USA-grown cotton.

Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes, our vinyl stickers are designed to withstand water exposure without bleeding or peeling.
Are the stickers reusable and/or repositionable?
No, they aren’t. Our stickers are meant to stay firmly in place without peeling or shifting.
What does die-cut mean?
Die-cut means that we are cutting through both the vinyl sticker material and the paper backing. This cut type doesn't give you a border or edge unless it is in the design. Your stickers are all individually cut out to the contour of your design, so you have individually cut stickers with no border.
How do I apply the stickers?
Die-cut stickers come with a bend-and-peel backing that you can easily remove to reveal the sticky part. All you need to do is slightly fold one part of the sticker, then remove the paper backing.
How long will the adhesive on the stickers last?
Paper-based and vinyl stickers can last for years with proper care. Make sure you place the stickers on a smooth surface to maximize the adhesive. Textured surfaces provide less surface area to cling to. Additionally, keep the stickers away from extreme heat.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing typically takes up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification within 2 business days once your order has been processed and is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any import duties and taxes incurred upon arrival in your destination country are the customer's responsibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at stickers@ollieslab.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
